Termination of access
For all students, access to the RB and to College computer facilities is terminated on the official date on which their course ends:
2009
- 19 June 2009 for final-year undergraduates
- 26 June 2009 for PGCE (Secondary) students
- 10 July 2009 for PGCE (Primary) students
- 18 September 2009 for Master's degree students
This means that you will not be able to borrow books, use your College e-mail account, or access your computer files stored on College servers after this date.
Personal Web pages will remain visible on the College's Web server for a year, but cannot be modified.
It is possible, by completing an application form (available from the IT Services Help Desk), to have a single 14-day extension of computer access to facilitate the retrieval of files.
Note: Final-year undergraduates who are intending to return to Goldsmiths for postgraduate study will not have access to College computer facilities between 20 June 2008 and the start of the session 2008-2009. However, any computer files will remain on the system and be accessible again after enrolment, when such accounts will be re-activated.
For the library, a Vacation Reference Ticket is available which allows access to the library on a reference-only basis.
