Calculation of the final weighted average mark for course unit degrees for students registered up to academic session 2004/5
Introduction
The way in which your final degree result is calculated is complicated. It also depends on a number of different factors. These include which degree you're doing, and the marks you achieve in your 1st, 2nd and 3rd years.
General Principle
A programme of study will not have been completed unless a valid attempt has been made at all 12 course units.
For the detailed calculation of the final weighted average mark for course unit degrees up to 2005, see options below:
- Only two levels
- Two levels: full course-units only
- Two levels: half course-units only
- Two levels: full and half course-units only
- Three levels
- Three levels: full course-units only
- Three levels: half course-units only
- Three levels: full and half course-units only
