22.1 The Health and Safety at Work Act requires all employers to produce a written statement of their health and safety organisation and arrangements. The College has therefore published a Health & Safety Policy, which includes fire safety arrangements, and which is available on the College website and from the Head of Health and Safety.
22.2 It shall be the duty of every employee and every student whilst on College premises:
