Regulation 10: Changes to and interruptions of programme
10.1 A student may not change programme or any examinable component of a programme (such as a course unit) before the submission by the student to the Registry of the appropriate form fully and properly completed and countersigned by the appropriate members of academic staff.
10.2 A student who wishes to interrupt a programme may do so only after submitting to the Registry the appropriate form completed and approved and countersigned by the appropriate members of academic staff.
10.3 Students failing to notify the Registry within two weeks of them interrupting or changing a programme of study shall be liable for payment of fees in full and shall not be eligible for any refund of fees paid.
10.4 No student shall be permitted to interrupt or change their programme of study subsequent to the submission of an exam entry form without the approval of the Academic Registrar.
