Regulation 8: Withdrawal and refund of fees
8.1 Self-financing students and students assessed for a tuition fee contribution who withdraw from their programme of study shall be liable for payment of fees; however, details of tuition fee refunds are available from the Fees and Awards Office in the Registry.
8.2 Students failing to notify the Registry within two weeks of their withdrawal from a programme shall be liable for payment of fees in full and shall not be eligible for any refund of fees paid.
8.3 The decision to readmit a student who has withdrawn on health grounds shall be taken only on the advice of the Head(s) of the relevant department(s).
8.4 The decision to readmit a student who has been excluded for debt shall be taken only on the advice of the Head(s) of the relevant department(s) and is subject to the approval of the Academic Registrar.
