Primary

We are open to working with primary schools in Lewisham and neighbouring London boroughs. If you would like us to deliver a session with your students, or get in touch to speak to one of our team.

Secondary (Pre-16)

We work with schools across London to provide information, advice, and guidance to young people. This includes delivering talks and workshops in schools, as well as hosting visits to our campus. Our focus is on working with state school pupils who are less likely to progress to university, for example, those who are eligible for free school meals. If you would like us to deliver a session with your students, please get in touch

Post-16

This is our broadest area of provision, and we work with state and independent schools and sixth forms across the UK to deliver:

  • School and college-based HE fairs, UCAS fairs, UK University Search fairs.
  • Talks and workshops in schools, colleges, and online, including arranging for Goldsmiths academics to deliver subject talks, taster sessions and Channel Talent webinars.
  • Visits to campus, e.g., our Discover Gold and Taster Day programmes.
  • Young Writer Competitions.
  • Art Summer School.

If you would like to find out more about how we can work with your students, please get in touch.

Priority Groups

We also deliver work to support students belonging to our priority groups. This includes mature students, care-experienced and estranged students, refugees and asylum seekers, and students with special educational needs and disabilities. We can offer one-to-one advice about university to students in these groups, just get in touch (or have a supporter contact us on your behalf!). Equally, if you are a stakeholder supporting students belonging to any of these groups in the Greater London area, we’d love to hear from you to discuss how we can work together.

Keeping in touch

To be amongst the first to hear about our events and activities, sign-up to our GoldNetwork mailing list. You’ll receive a monthly e-newsletter and carefully selected additional messages about newly-released projects and activities at Goldsmiths.

If you have a school event or project in mind, please get in touch to start a conversation with a member of the team.
