Are You Where You Live?
This talk examines the power of postcodes in predicting all manner of cultural, economic and politic behaviour and attitudes. It also examines how commercial organisations use data on postcodes to characterise us in ways we may not be aware of. The way this is being done raises huge issues to do with privacy, surveillance and the power we have as individuals to assert who we are.
