Well Person Clinic
Book your 'off the record' appointment with Bruce Ormiston, Occupational Health Nurse. You will be given your results (no record of these will be kept) and an indication, using a traffic light system - Green, Amber, Red - as to whether a visit to your GP is recommended.
Would you like to have an individual, confidential health assessment check to reassure yourself about health matters that may be worrying you or just to give yourself a health MOT?
To promote wellness and well-being at work these Well Person Clinics will give staff the opportunity to have up to 20 minutes with an Occupational Health Nurse to undergo a mini-health assessment and receive appropriate health information. These checks can be used to build up a picture to determine general health and identify any potential health risks which may lead to illness if left unchecked.
Staff can have an overall health assessment including checks on:
- blood pressure
- cholesterol
- diabetes
- height and weight and body fat measurements
Thursdays up to end of 2011: 16 September 2011, 20 October 2011, 24 November 2011, and 15 December 2011
