Staff Development team

The Staff Development team in Human Resources comprises:

Rody holds a Master of Arts degree in strategic management and a Master of Science in Human Resources. She developed consultancy skills as part of her MSc and is a qualified coach (Institute of Leadership & Management Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management) and mediator (OCN National Certificate in Workplace Mediation). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and a Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). Rody coaches, designs and facilitates workshops and away days, runs action learning sets as well as managing the Staff Development HR programme. She runs the Leadership in Action Programme (LeAP) and is currently studying for her ILM Level 5 Diploma in Management Coaching and for her PRINCE2 Foundation.
