Since the beginning my research has had as a main protagonist the human. Following my interests in the element of prosthesis and the nature of humanity, I decided to explore how we perceive our relationship with technology in the domestic environment, and how we use it to enhance our bodies and those of our closest co-inhabitants, the domestic pet.

To find out, I first had to explore this complicated, inter-species therapeutic relationship that occurs between us and our pets, and what happens when this relationship is pushed to the extreme. I have looked at the “nature” of the contemporary companion animal culture and how much domination exists in our affection towards the pet and vice-versa.
