Love Food?

The power of attraction and the aphrodisiac myth. Anticipation of gratification, can it be guaranteed or is it practically chance? Aphrodisiacs were traditionally associated with healthy eating as bad diets can lead to infertility so the myths surrounding certain foods had more to do with a long term consumption of the right types of foods to maintain health. Modern concerns over the rules of attraction have changed over time. From fertility to virility, from long term health benefits to short term lotions and potions and from prescribed conformity to heterogeneous freedom. It is these concepts that have been at the root of my design process.
