The Archives Office is responsible for the maintenance of graduate records and provision of confirmation of award/transcripts.The section deals with most types of documentation for former students, namely transcripts, verification letters, forms and related documents. The exceptions are: requests for council tax letters which should be made to the Student Records Office, and reference requests for which you need to contact your former department. Also transcript requests made during your studies of just after their completion i.e. up to the start of term. To find out the administrative charge for your documents and to ensure you supply all that is required in your application, requests must be made in writing to the Archives Section. Alternatively, telephone 0207 919 7177 or e-mail your query to archives (@gold.ac.uk).
