Student Residential Hardship Bursary (SRHB)

Exhausted Funds

Scheme closed for 2011-12

Due to the high volume of applications to the Student Residential Hardship Bursary scheme, the funds are now exhausted. The Student Residential Hardship Bursary scheme is therefore closed for the remainder of this academic year.

The Student Residential Hardship Bursary Scheme offers students from low-income families help with accommodation fees. If your family has a low household income and you have accepted a place in one of Goldsmiths’ halls of residence, you can apply for this bursary to help with your accommodation fees. NB: Bursaries are not given to help pay for private sector accommodation. The scheme is available to existing students as well as new Home or EU students. If successful you will receive a bursary reducing the cost of hall fees by either 10%, 15% or 20% depending on your individual circumstances. Applications for the residential bursary are normally available from the beginning of the Autumn Term (approximately mid September).

How to Apply in 2012-13
