Our Learning Support Officers (LSOs) provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the support we offer
If you are seeking disability (including dyslexia) support there are three ways you can make contact:
Visit the Student Centre for initial help
You can go to the Student Centre whenever it is open for general queries. They'll either be able to help you straight away or arrange an appointment to meet with a Learning Support Officer.
Attend a drop-in session
If you need to talk to a Learning Support Officer and don't want to make an appointment, you can come to one of our drop-in sessions.
- Mon-Fri 11am - 12.30pm
You can come within the above times, but please do not arrive later than 15 minutes before the session ends.
The drop-ins take place in the Student Centre.
You can also email disability (@gold.ac.uk) with any queries.
