Investigation of performing body-architecture dynamics that scrutinised a particular Butoh methodology of exploring 'the female' in a male performer. Outcomes were:

2000-7 phantAsia
A major long term research project with envisaged realisation in 2007.
It is an investigation of new methodologies of narrative construction, of spectator-spectacle relationships, and new approaches to the notion of barter in performance, to experiential art or ‘art as experience’.
2003 ecology park
In Mile End Ecology Park, with Tetsuro Fukuhara for 'Dancing on the Borderlines Festival'.
2001 spectator, choose whatever theme you feel
Series of deliberately unannounced performances with Tetsuro Fukuhara, in architectural locations such as Canary Wharf, Bankside; and announced work at Edinburgh Fringe Festival Programme.

pedagogy

2001 & 2002

Goldsmiths Centre for Excellence in Learning Technology Fellowship Pioneered initiatives in the employment of ICT in performance theory and practice. Outcomes presented at Goldsmiths showcase event in 2003.

2003-

Workshops in communication and other learning methodologies for individuals and groups, such as trainee barristers of the Inner Temple, London.
