Visting Research Fellows
Mr. Nico Lewis has joined the Department as a Visiting Research Fellow. Nico is a filmmaker and is currently working with the Indigenous Art and Music Association, Ethiopia. In December 2007 he will be providing workshops at and filming the Thousands Stars Rift Valley Music Festival. His work is supported by the Christensen Fund.
Dr Judith Laister is a Visiting Research Fellow from University Graz, Austria. In a project entitled 'Fieldwork and fiction', she will be looking at creative contact zones in London. Her work focuses on the relationship between visual representation and the production of space, taking participatory art projects in urban places as example. Her project is supported by the IFK , Internationales Forschungszentrum Kulturwissenschaften, Vienna.
