Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) Studentship Opportunities 2010/11

The Visual Cultures Department would like to invite applications for Research Preparation Masters AHRC funding for the following MA programmes:

MA Contemporary Art Theory
MA Aural and Visual Cultures
MA Research Architecture

In order to be nominated for an AHRC Postgraduate Studentship by Goldsmiths College, candidates must already have secured an offer of admission (conditional or unconditional) to one of the three postgraduate programmes listed above. If you have not yet submitted an application, you are advised to discuss your interest with the relevant MA convenor for the MA stream you are interested in, and to submit an application as soon as possible. For details, please see How to apply for Postgraduate Programmes.  Please note that the deadline for application for a place on the above MA programmes if you intend to apply for AHRC funding is 1st March.

Once you have secured a place on the relevant MA programme (see list above) you would need to complete a Goldsmiths AHRC Postgraduate Funding application form and submit this to the Graduate School by the 22nd March deadline.  Full details and guidance notes on how to apply are available here: How to apply for an AHRC Postgraduate Studentship.
