Misha Glenny’s critically acclaimed book McMafia tells the story of how brutal networks of criminals have morphed into powerful international crime syndicates. As the book is adapted for a major BBC1 series, he comes to the Centre for Investigative Journalism to talk about how investigative journalism can be turned into story and serial television.

The CIJ is an independent charity committed to the education and training of journalists, editors and researchers towards critical in-depth reporting and defence of the public interest and is housed at Goldsmiths.
