Masters Students Present: Researching Social Justice in Education
This event features the work of students who completed the MA Education: Culture Language and Identity in 2017. They present the major findings from their dissertations, covering a wide range of issues relating to identity and social justice:
• Race and representation in children's picture books
• Young children's attitudes to autism
• Learning English in Palestine
• Working in the neoliberal university
• High stakes testing: the impact on Spanish speaking students in Texas schools
