Kitchen and eating

There is a shared kitchen for every five or six student bedrooms. This is where you and your classmates can cook, eat and relax.

There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket and several specialist Asian supermarkets nearby (including See Woo). And if you don't want to cook every day, New Cross has a wide range of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Check Time Out London for suggestions.

The kitchen comes equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls and drinking mugs/cups, as well as a sieve, chopping board and knives, can opener, wooden spoon and serving spoon, saucepans, washing up sponge, tea towel and washing-up liquid.

24 hour security and support

Our 24 hour security team conducts continuous patrols around campus and receives regular bulletins from the Metropolitan Police as part of its connection to a security network. If you have any problems or questions about your accommodation, visit Loring Management Centre, five minutes' walk from Dean House.
