Jo is responsible for overseeing the coordination by support staff of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; organising events in collaboration with academic leads, assisting with contractual and financial matters for non-established staff such as associate tutors and visiting lecturers.

Livia administers the Goldsmiths Prize for innovative fiction; she supports the Literary Director of the prize, the judges, and the organisation of events including readings and the award ceremony.

Nick administers all matters within the Department relating to postgraduate students and their courses of study. Nick also acts as Personal Assistant to the Head of Department. As Postgraduate Secretary, he is available to answer any questions from potential applicants about postgraduate studies in the Department.

Marian is responsible for many aspects of supporting undergraduate students in the department, including registration, seminar allocations, reading lists and course packs. She is also closely involved with the operation of the External Programme in English of the University of London.
