Dr Miranda El-Rayess
Staff details
Dr Miranda El-Rayess's main area of research is late nineteenth- and early twentieth-century literature and culture, particularly representations of consumer culture and the city. Much of her research to date has focused on the work of Henry James, but she is also interested in twentieth-century women novelists including Virginia Woolf, Elizabeth Bowen, and Penelope Fitzgerald.
