Campus facilities
Based in London’s vibrant New Cross, our campus has everything you need to make the most of your time as a student.

In addition to some 300,000 books and 7,000 print and electronic journals, it contains a range of study spaces for individual and group study, laptop borrowing and IT facilities.

There are a variety of eating options on campus including Thirty Five cafe, Benugo in the Library and Professor Stuart Hall Building and the refectory with a mixture of hot and cold food. Find out more about eating and drinking options on campus.
IT services
All halls of residence have internet access, and we have Wifi across campus. The library has both PCs and Apple Macs, scanners and video editing equipment. If you're having a problem with IT access then staff are available to answer your queries in the library. See IT Services for the full range of facilities offered.
Support
Whenever you need help or advice, there’s always someone to turn to at Goldsmiths. Throughout your studies and even after your graduation we can offer help with a whole range of issues from bursaries and scholarships to counselling, careers, nursery services and peer mentoring. We also have a multifaith Chaplaincy and prayer room. Read more about the support on offer.
Sports
Our campus has tennis and netball courts and a large backfield, perfect for football. Our Students' Union offers a huge variety of sports societies, both recreational and competitive.
Joy, a third year BMus Music student takes us on a tour of the Goldsmiths Music Studio.
Art facilities
The Art Practice Areas (APAs) consist of eleven teaching workshops and facilities available for art students to support and expand their practice over a variety of disciplines.
The APA’s aim to build their teaching around students' project ideas, helping them realise concepts discussed with their academic tutors and introduce them to new practices and techniques where necessary.
All APA staff are specialists in their fields, many being practising artists having years of teaching and commercial/industrial experience.
Media facilities
Our Media and Communications students enjoy the use of radio and TV studios, photography studios, ENPS facilities, darkrooms and production rooms. They also have access to a range of digital video and audio editing equipment including animation and image manipulation software and hardware.
