To be eligible you have to be applying for PhD study in the UK from a specific list of Commonwealth countries.

These scholarships are intended for high-quality graduates who have the potential to undertake world-class research of a developmental nature and to become influential leaders, teachers, or researchers in their home countries.

Your research should focus on one of six CSC development themes.
