Maya has an MSc in Management of Innovation from Goldsmiths University. She is an expert in bringing design thinking, behavioural economics, ethnography and research together. Currently working as an Analyst in the London Technology practice at Edelman – the world's largest communications marketing firm – she has experience of designing and leading research projects.
Maya is passionate about exploring the intersection of human behaviour and technology and has expertise in qualitative research methodologies; interviews, focus groups, experience sampling, ethnography, and other service design tools and techniques.
