Davide Villani is a doctoral researcher in Economics and Finance at The Open University Business School. He holds a BA in Development Studies from the University of Pavia, an MS in International Economics from the University Complutense of Madrid and an MS in Economic Development from the National University of San Martin (Argentina).
In his doctoral research, he focuses on the increase in corporate net lending among non-financial corporations. He also took part in the study called Benefits of the ESA Exploration Roadmap for Socioeconomics funded by the European Space Agency. The aim was to asses through Multiregional Input-Output (MRIO) analysis economic impact in terms of employment and output generation of different space missions.
