In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, we are offering two scholarships to students in China applying for taught postgraduate courses within the Institute of Management, Department of Politics and International Relations, Department of Theatre and Performance, and Department of Computing.
This scholarship scheme is part of the GREAT Scholarships 2019 - East Asia campaign, which has been launched by the British Council together with 28 UK universities to support more students in East Asia to get access to the excellent UK higher education opportunities.
The total value of the scholarship scheme is nearly £1 million. This scholarship scheme will offer an exciting opportunity for East Asian students wishing to get financial support to pursue study in the UK. Students can apply for courses in subjects including engineering, law, business, art and design, biosciences, IT and more, at the 28 institutions across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
2x scholarships are available for postgraduate students who meet the eligibility criteria. The scholarship provides a £10,000 tuition fee waiver for your first year of study.
Applications are open until 31 March 2019.
Applicants can apply for this opportunity once they have accepted an offer of a place to study at Goldsmiths. Awards will be based on a combination of academic merit and the information given on the application form. Students must be applying for one of the taught postgraduate courses within the following departments:
- Institute of Management Studies
- Department of Politics and International Relations
- Department of Theatre and Performance
- Department of Computing
This funding opportunity is available to students for the first year of study only. Please note that applicants should be passport holders of the People's Republic of China (PRC).
