Help with the booking system

Use the options above to go into the booking system and see the list of places available.

After this you will be able to able to see individual seats. Clicking the INFO button will bring up detailed information about which power sockets and AV equipment are available, any other miscellaneous information specific to the seat and a photo of the seat’s location.

Once you have chosen your seat you can choose the date and time you would like to make a booking by selecting the ‘Go To Date’ button. Alternatively, if you are looking for the next available time slot you can click ‘Next Available’.

Once you have found your ideal timeslot simply click any available slot (in green). Once clicked it will show as orange (your booking).

After clicking Submit Times you will be asked to fill your full name, an email address that ends in @gold.ac.uk and a phone number. This data may be shared with NHS Test and Trace if required. If you are happy with your booking click ‘Submit My Booking’.

You will then receive a confirmation email that you will need to show Security in order to access the Library. You will also need to have your Goldsmiths card with you or you will be not permitted entry.
