The Racial Justice Strategy will form part of the Goldsmiths institutional strategy, focusing specifically on race equality.

The strategy will serve an important function, setting out Goldsmiths’ key priorities, and monitoring and evaluating progress against these.
The strategy is being developed by the Race Justice Strategy Board, Co-Chaired by the Warden and comprising members from across Goldsmiths. The Board first met in September 2020 and meets twice each term.
The Race Justice Strategy will be informed by the findings of previous work highlighting the experiences of Goldsmiths students and staff produced by members of our community. These include the important Insider-Outsider report and the Identity and Impact Report (PDF), funded by Goldsmiths Teaching and Learning Innovation Centre. It will take account of Goldsmiths Anti-Racist Action demands.
