Subject Discovery Days (Year 12)

Article

Starting to think about university can be a daunting process, and for many young people higher education can remain relatively unknown until Year 13, when they have to make decisions which will shape their future.

Subject Discovery Days aim to give students in Year 12 a sense of what it might be like to study at university level, and to start conversations to help them think about the options available to them, so that when the time comes they can make informed choices.

We are happy to accept requests from all local schools to attend Discovery Days. However, we will give priority to schools that meet our Widening Participation criteria: those with a high proportion of pupil premium students or care-leavers, and schools situated in POLAR 1 and 2 quintiles.

Dates will appear here when available.
