This course is for those with previous dance experience who wish to gain a knowledge of and experience in Asian Contemporary Dance. This course will look at the styling and movement performed by current dancers from Asia today.
Compared to classical dance, contemporary emphasises more on movement and individuality giving fluidity and freedom to express yourself through dance.
You will learn routines as well as have the chance to develop your own piece. This course focuses on East Asian training and techniques to create a lively and intensive short course to increase your repertoire.
