Help & support
Although Goldsmiths closes over the Christmas break, we’d like to remind you that there’s still support available to you. If you’re feeling worried, stressed or low, it can help to talk to someone. Whatever your situation, no matter how big or small, there are people who can help or refer you to further support if you need it.
Campus Support Officers (CSOs)
CSOs offer friendly, out-of-hours support for all students and can be a first point of call if you need someone to talk to over the closure period. Find them in the Loring Hall Management Centre or contact them via phone or email.
Their normal hours are 6pm to 6am weekdays and 24 hours at weekends, however they will run a reduced service over the Christmas break from Monday 23 December, including daytime hours on Christmas Day. Please note there will be no service on Wednesday 1 January.
Christmas Opening Hours
Goldsmiths campus services will operate various opening hours over the Christmas break. Buildings will be closed between 23 December 2019 and 1 January 2020, apart from the Library.
