Your student community leader
Daniel Lima Antunes (he/him), undergraduate
“Hi I'm Daniel, I'm a second year History student - I worked in finance for 3 years but wanted to study something that I was personally passionate about. While I’m not reading for my history course I like to game, creative write, watch tv shows/movies, go out and have fun with my friends.
I consider myself a creative and fun person, but also hardworking and, hopefully, clever. Politics is my sport and I enjoy nothing more than sitting down and spending the night watching election results come in. I’m from Lisbon Portugal and I love to travel there and to other places too, my most recent trips have been to Norway, Italy and Morocco and Portugal. In future I hope to continue to travel the world, making friends as I go along, finish my undergraduate degree, and continue to a masters and eventually a PHD. Professor Daniel, that sounds nice… I became a Student Community Leader because I enjoy helping people. I find giving someone guidance and advice to be gratifying and an important part of my role as a mature student.”
