We are supporting student leaders at Goldsmiths to develop their leadership skills in an international context. The Global Inclusive Leadership Certificate was developed by Diversity Abroad in collaboration with leaders in the fields of diversity and inclusion, and international education and student affairs.

It is an online course composed of nine modules, covering the topics of Global Competence, Cultural Humanity, Inclusive Leadership, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in Action and Career Readiness.

You can complete the course at your own pace, and there will be three live meetings throughout the duration of the programme that will enable you to meet with your cohort and course facilitator to discuss the assignments.

The course will help you to develop practical skills to work effectively and collaboratively with peers and colleagues, improve and guide your leadership approach, apply theory to different leadership scenarios, and develop management abilities required to navigate organisational challenges.

You will also join a learning community of peers who can share experiences, successes and challenges throughout the course and beyond.

The course takes place from 7 June 2021 – 8 August 2021.

Time commitment: approximately 4 to 7 hours self-paced throughout each week of the course.
