How to register for a MyGoldsmiths account
To apply for our scholarships and bursaries you'll first need to set up a MyGoldsmiths account. To do this, you'll need a MyGoldsmiths PIN, which will be sent to you by post or email once you've accepted your place at Goldsmiths.
Once you've received your PIN, follow the simple steps below to register for your MyGoldsmiths account.
- Go to www.gold.ac.uk/mygoldsmiths and click on the link for new users
- Enter the following information:
* Your student reference: this is the 8-digit number included in the letter or email you've received from us
* Your PIN: this is a four-digit number included in the letter or email you've received from us
* Your date of birth (in date/month/year format)
- Enter your email address and create a password; you'll use this information to log in to your MyGoldsmiths account from now on
Congratulations - you've now created your MyGoldsmiths account!
Frequently asked questions
When should I receive my PIN?
If you accepted a place at Goldsmiths by 11 April you should expect to receive your PIN, by post, by 25 April.
If you accepted a place at Goldsmiths after 11 April (and have home/EU tuition fee status), please email email@example.com, including 'MyGoldsmiths' in the subject line. Please let us know your full name, UK postal address and UCAS ID number.
Once we've checked your details we'll get back to you as soon as we can (although it may take us 2-3 working days to process your request).
I've entered the requested details, but it won't let me sign up – what should I do?
Check the details you have entered, and re-enter them if necessary to see if they're correct. If you're still unable to register for an account, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, UK postal address and UCAS ID number. Please write 'MyGoldsmiths' in the subject line.
I'm not from the UK or EU – can I still register for a MyGoldsmiths account?
If you have been informed by the admissions team that you are liable for international tuition fees then you won't be able to register for an account just yet. You'll be sent details of how to create your account at enrolment.
I'm liable for the home rate of tuition fees but have not had a decision on my admissions application yet. Can I register for a MyGoldsmiths account?
Not yet. Once you're holding an offer to begin studying with us this September you'll be invited to create an account.
Which email address should I use for the registration?
It's up to you. We may contact you by email about your scholarship application so just make sure that you use an email address that you check regularly.
I've created an account, what do I do now?
Once registration is complete you can apply for our scholarship when they open for applications. Please read through our application FAQs for further guidance.
