Goldsmiths staff will be available at our Meet and Greet stand to help you continue your journey from London Heathrow Airport.
The stand will be located in the arrivals area of Terminal 3, which is after you have cleared immigration and collected your luggage. From there, staff will guide you to your coach or taxi transfer (must be booked in advance) or provide directions for how you can get to Goldsmiths using public transport.
If you land in a different terminal, you will need to make your own way to Terminal 3 using the airport’s free transfer service. Find out more about getting around Heathrow.
Free coach transfer
If your flight is arriving on Friday 20 September (before 8pm) you can book a free coach transfer that will take you directly from Heathrow to Goldsmiths. The journey will take approximately two hours.
Student Ambassadors will be on hand when you arrive at Goldsmiths to help you find your way to your final destination.
For each seat booked you can bring two pieces of luggage and one small bag such as a handbag or small backpack.
If you plan to bring any oversized luggage, such as a bicycle, you should indicate this on your reservation and we will contact you to discuss if we can accommodate it.
We offer a pre-booked taxi service on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 September for £90, offering extra convenience, particularly if your flight is arriving late at night.
Select 20 or 21 September as the pick-up date, ‘Heathrow Terminals’ as the pick-up location, and ‘Goldsmiths, University of London’ as the destination.
Cheaper alternatives, such as Uber, are also available.
