Team Members

Livia Franchini is a writer from Tuscany, Italy. She has translated Michael Donaghy, Sam Riviere and James Tiptree Jr. among many others and is the author of a poetry pamphlet, Our Available Magic (Makina Books) and a novel, Shelf Life (Doubleday/Mondadori). 

Livia is currently completing a PhD in experimental women’s fiction at Goldsmiths, where she also coordinates The Goldsmiths Prize.

She is one of the founding members of FILL (Festival of Italian Literature in London) and has taught workshops and performed extensively from her work, both in the UK and internationally.
