Delivered by Jan Shine

This one-day highly participative workshop will give people the opportunity to reflect on their communication in the workplace and identify their strengths and areas for development.

Participants will work in small groups to practise positive communication behaviours in a supportive and safe environment. The focus of the day will be to provide practical tips for dealing with aspects of working with colleagues and customers that participants may find particularly challenging.
