Academic Staff Recognition and Development

Our guest speakers will be
Richard Brawn from the Higher Education Academy
and
Michael MacNeil, National Head of H.E. for the UCU.
The event will be chaired by Dr Michael Young, Pro-Warden (Students and Learning Development)

The focus will be on the recognition of excellence in academic teaching and how we can best support H.E. teaching practice.

This event should be of particular interest to staff not familiar with the HEA and its activities,
the UK Professional Standards Framework and
the UCU perspective on these issues.
