An exhibition and launch of the publication Human Endeavour: a creative finding aid for the Women of Colour Index

This event celebrates the Gillian Elinor Project, made possible by an endowment made on behalf of the feminist art historian and activist Gillian Elinor to the Women's Art Library in Special Collections & Archives. The artists group X Marks the Spot took up residence in order to revisit and explore the Women of Colour Index, a sub-collection in the WAL creating a creative finding aid and new artwork.
