The Careers Service has a wide range of facilities to help you plan your future – whether you have no idea what you want to do, have a clear idea, or are somewhere in between. The Service also advertises a range of part-time jobs through the Job Shop and can help with CVs, applications and covering letters. The Careers Service can be used at any point during your time at Goldsmiths: browse the job board and information room, or book a one-to-one chat with an adviser.

All students are invited to attend general sessions each term covering topics such as CV writing, interview technique, and job hunting. Invited speakers from different careers can advise you on the best routes into their field. The annual ‘Experience Works’ fair offers part-time, temporary and voluntary job opportunities for current students. All events are advertised on the website, Facebook and by e-mail.

Goldsmiths Careers Service is part of The Careers Group, University of London, which means that you also have access to facilities and events provided by the largest university careers organisation in Europe.
