Wellbeing Drop-in Service
You can meet in private for a 15-20 minute appointment with our Wellbeing Officers for confidential and practical advice about things like mental health difficulties, extenuating circumstances, goal setting and planning. They can also refer you to other sources of help including our Counselling Service.
The drop-in takes place in the Student Centre, Mon-Thu 2.30-3.30pm and Fri 9.30-10.30am.
Appointments will be offered on a first come first served basis and if there are still spaces available, last registration is 15min prior to the end of the session. If we are not able to see you we will provide you with some support information and make suggestions around an alternative appointment time.
