Arshia is a trainee clinical psychologist with research interests in adolescent mental health and crimes against women.

I am a trainee clinical psychologist, interested in mental health and women's perspectives in research. I teach psychology and research modules on the BA (Hons) Applied Psychosocial and Psychotherapy Studies. Most of my published research so far has been qualitative, utilising grounded theory and ideal type analysis methods. My clinical audits use quantitative methods and I am happy to supervise research projects investigating mental health concerns or looking at crimes against women, regardless of the method of analysis.

Academic qualifications

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology 2024
  • MSc Developmental Psychology and Clinical Practice 2021
