Andreas Gschwari (lead designer at Splash Damage) talks about his work in games design and user experience.

Andreas Gschwari has worked in the games industry for 15 years, starting in localization and QA testing, doing some production and then moving into design.

In that time, he has worked for companies of all sizes - big publishers and small indie studios - and had the opportunity to work on some fantastic titles. Some of the better known games he has worked on are Age of Conan, Syndicate and Mad Max.

Recently he has been focusing on User Experience as core of the game design and is currently heading up a AAA Project at Splash Damage.
