A two day conference on co-creating a collaborative, sustainable economy through democratic ownership and open source web design
Open 2017 provides the opportunity to discuss and define the structure, challenges and opportunities of the next phase of the internet.
Day 1 will provide an introduction to the world of platform cooperatives, what they are, how they work, and how to build and scale them.
Day 2 will introduce ‘the open app ecosystem’ and the software enabling platform cooperatives.
This event is for anyone with an interest in creating a collaborative, sustainable economy: CEOs, NGOs and public sector bodies, Marketeers and Web developers will hear from Platform co-op owners, Co-op development experts, Legal experts, Funding advisors, Software developers and Systems architects.
