Following on from their workshop with composition students, the Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble give this evening concert on the theme of revolution.

The theme of the project is the "(r)Evolution" focused on the Russian vanguard of the beginning of the 20th Century and its ties to the ideas of the October’s Revolution of 1917, and the cultural and social consequences still influencing today's perspective on that historical and artistic period. 2017 is the Anniversary of the Russian October Revolution of 1917 and the programme represents varying creative interpretations of revolutionary (avant-garde) ideas.
