One day conference for practitioners, researchers, and change-makers

A one day conference to share experiences of those working across the UK care sector to bring young and old together.
Listen to how change makers are building meaningful relationships, re-prioritising play, combatting social isolation and helping to end age apartheid. Come and help frame the debate!
