All familiar themes and tropes. Recent years have seen a marked increase in inflammatory rhetoric and physical abuse directed towards Muslim communities in Britain and beyond. And yet ‘Islamophobia’ remains difficult for policy makers to define. Join us as we mark the 20th anniversary of the Runnymede Trust’s Islamophobia Report bringing together academics, campaigners and activists to discuss whether Islamophobia has "passed the dinner-table test" and become normalised in British society?
