Event overview
Christine Risley Award Winner 2018, Kobby Adi, presents an exhibition and series of free public events and workshops led by collaborators
We are pleased to announce that Kobby Adi is the recipient of this year’s Christine Risley Award at the Constance Howard Gallery, home to the Goldsmiths Textile Collection. Adi (b. 1995) is a graduate of the BA (Hons) Fine Art course at Goldsmiths, and lives and works in London.
Adi’s work situates the use of textiles amongst a thoughtful and multi-layered installation including narratives that are present and urgent.
