Alun Pepper, Senior leadership instructor RAF, will be speaking on his experiences of developing leaders in the RAF.

Alun will discuss his career development, firstly as a fast jet navigator in the RAF, leading to a specialisation in leveraging human capability through mental training. He will discuss experiences in both leadership or performance contexts (from sport to gas jet aviation).
